Internships, Externships, Post-Docs

 

We offer comprehensive experience and training for graduate students in professional graduate programs in mental health counseling, social work, and doctorate psychology programs, in the form of externship, internship, pre-doc and post-doc supervised experience required for licensing.

 

The training experience is individually tailored to the interests and needs of the student professionals and to the requirements of their programs. Students and post-docs carry diverse client caseloads. Post-docs have opportunities to develop and round out their training experience. All trainees receive ample supervision, including individual and group supervision.

In addition to client caseloads, we offer multiple and diverse didactic experiences that include lectures, workshops and seminars in New York City.

 

The program offers education, training and experience in various theoretical models and orientations, such as psychodynamic, CBT, experiential. Various treatment modalities and client cases are also available, such as individual, group, family, child, and couples.
