
Lana Gaiton is a licensed clinical psychologist, and she is fluent in English and Russian. She received her Ph.D. from Adelphi University in New York. Her extensive training and experience include work in psychiatric hospitals, crisis response teams, residential substance abuse treatment centers, community mental health clinics, where she gained diverse clinical experience, including experience with severe mental illness.
Dr. Gaiton works with adults, children, and the elderly. In addition to working with individuals, she provides family and group psychotherapy.
She performs diagnostic assessments, consultations and testing. And Dr. Gaiton provides clinical supervision to our therapists.

Joseph Roccosalvo, LCSW-R
Joseph Roccosalvo, LCSW-R, is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work. He is a highly seasoned psychotherapist and addictions specialist. Rocco’s career includes many years at Beth Israel Hospital outpatient mental health, and in private practice in Manhattan. He also has rich experience in clinical supervision and in designing and directing recovery programs.

Olga Gonsiorovska, MHC-LP
Olga started her career in psychology in Ukraine, where she earned her double Masters Degree in Linguistics and in Clinical Psychology.
Her clinical training was in psychodynamic and post-Jungian approaches. More recently, Olga earned her Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Olga is also in her 2nd year of training in a Certificate Program in Psychosynthesis, and she utilizes this modality, in addition to many other methods, in her work with clients.
Olga helps her clients discover their inner resources that they can utilize to achieve their healing and growth. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and has experience working in private practice settings in Ukraine and in New York.


Yuri Iyudin, Hypnosis Specialist
Yuri Iudin is a Russian-speaking, certified hypnotist (National Guild of Hypnotists, NGH). He has expertise in clinical and Ericksonian hypnosis.
He is also trained in Neuro-Linguistic programming. Yuri utilizes both clinical hypnosis and neurolinguistics in his deep work with his clients.
Yuri came to NY from Karelia, Russia, where he had a long and successful career in the field of addiction treatment. Yuri’s techniques in this field derived from the ideas of Dr. Shichko, who founded a method based on short-term psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. In Russia Yuri authored a number of scientific publications on psychiatric rehabilitation. In New York, he co-authored a self-hypnosis guide.

Lisa Paliotta, LCSW
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who provides psychotherapy, consultation, and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, couples, and families. Lisa has a Master’s in Social Work and has over 15 years of experience working with a variety of clients across many settings, from hospitals and private clinics to foster care and adoption agencies.
Lisa uses various methods of psychotherapy to meet the needs and requests of her clients. Lisa is currently our psychology intern, she is completing her doctorate degree in psychology at Walden University. She offers her clients empathic response, acceptance, deep interest, and authenticity. She believes that therapy is a collaborative and transformative journey toward growth and change.
