Q: HOW OFTEN DO I COME TO THERAPY?

A: The scheduled therapy is determined for each patient individually. After your first session with your chosen therapist, you will be given a recommended visit schedule. We will never push therapy on. We want you to feel comfortable with your therapist and come on a schedule that works for you. Come as often, or not, as best suits your needs.

Q: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF GROUP THERAPY?

A: Group therapy is a great portal to let patients know that they are not alone in their struggles; that they have others around, with similar issues, for support and guidance through difficult times. Group therapy allows for a judgment-free, safe zone where each patient can openly gather thoughts and progess into a mentally healthy lifestyle.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT KIND OF THERAPY I NEED?

A: You don't need to worry about figuring that part out; that is what we are here for! After your initial session, your therapist will give a diagnosis and suggest the best route to bettering your mental health. You need only to think about how to honestly answer our questions and feeling comfortable enough to open up to your therapist. We will always do our best to assure a healthy treatment.
